Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Saturday directed the state DGP to conduct an intensive investigation into the dying of a girl in Rishikesh.
Rosmita Hojai (25), from Assam’s Dima Hasao district, was reported lacking on June 6 and was discovered lifeless on the banks of the Ganga river in Rishikesh 5 days in a while Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma had written to Dhami requesting the case be examined additional.
