Cell phone footage has emerged that seems to contradict Israel’s account of why troopers opened fireplace on a convoy of ambulances and a fireplace truck on March 23, killing 15 rescue employees.
The video was revealed by the Palestine Pink Crescent Society (PRCS), which mentioned it was obtained from the telephone of a paramedic who was killed.
It reveals the automobiles shifting in darkness with headlights and emergency flashing lights switched on – earlier than coming below fireplace.
The Israel Protection Forces (IDF) preliminary assertion mentioned “a number of uncoordinated automobiles had been recognized advancing suspiciously towards IDF troops with out headlights or emergency indicators. IDF troops then opened fireplace on the suspected automobiles.”
A surviving paramedic beforehand advised the BBC that the ambulances had been clearly marked and had their inner and exterior lights on.
