In 2008, a DNA testing of JonBenét’s clothes cleared Burke and his dad and mom, John and Patsy, of being suspects within the case.
He responded to findings in an interview with NBC affiliate KUSA-TV of Denver, sharing what he felt in regards to the public alleging their connection within the killing.
