Woman arrested for fake bomb scare at city airport: Police | Bengaluru

A 31-year-old girl was arrested in Bengaluru after she allegedly created a false bomb scare and assaulted an official of the Central Industrial Safety Drive (CISF) on the Kempegowda Worldwide Airport on Friday, police stated on Monday.

The accused has been recognized as Manasi Satheebainu, a resident of Kozhikode in Kerala, and was purported to take an IndiGo flight to Kolkata, in response to the police.

Following a criticism by Sandeep Singh, a CISF official posted on responsibility on the airport whom she tried to assault, the Bangalore Worldwide Airport Restricted (BIAL) police arrested the accused.

In accordance with the FIR, the incident occurred on February 3, between 8:15 am and eight:40 am. In his criticism, Singh stated he was on his morning shift (6 am-1 pm) and deployed at boarding gate no.6 of the airport. Satheebainu, who was purported to board the Indigo Flight 6E445, reached the gate at round 8.20 am.

Singh alleged in his criticism that the lady approached him at round 8.20 and knowledgeable him that she needed to go to Kolkata on an emergency foundation.
