Yemen’s Houthis stated on Tuesday that they, together with the Islamic resistance in Iraq, have carried out a joint army operation, attacking an important goal in Israel’s Haifa.
The army operation has been carried out with “a variety of winged missiles,” Houthi army spokesperson Yahya Saree stated in a televised assertion, with out figuring out the goal that was attacked.
The Houthi group has been launching drone and missile strikes in transport lanes since November, in what it says is in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza.
The Iran-aligned Houthis first launched drone and missile strikes in transport lanes in November. In dozens of assaults, they’ve sunk two vessels, seized one other and killed no less than three seafarers.
