Youth Congress chief Srinivas BV sends defamation notice after ‘mental harassment, discrimination’ allegations

New Delhi: Indian Youth Congress (IYC) president Srinivas B.V. has despatched a felony defamation discover to former president of Assam IYC Angkita Dutta.
