9-member Tipra Motha delegation to meet EC officials in New Delhi, raise issue of illegal immigration from Bangladesh | India News

Tipra Motha founder Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma Saturday introduced that the Election Fee (EC) has invited a delegation of his get together to New Delhi to debate the problem of unlawful migration from Bangladesh.

In a publish on X, Pradyot Kishore mentioned, “After steady uproar and media consideration from all of us from TIPRA Motha, the Election Fee of India has invited us to debate the matter of unlawful migration from Bangladesh to India on the twenty third of July…”

A Tipra Motha spokesperson introduced that the get together would ship a nine-member crew headed by Pradyot Kishore to satisfy EC officers. The opposite members of the crew are Minister Animesh Debbarma, Minister of State Brishaketu Debbarma, Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) Chairman Jagadish Debbarma, TTAADC Chief Government Member Purna Chandra Jamatia, and MLAs Ranjit Debbarma, Pathan Lal Jamatia, Philip Kumar Reang, and Sadagar Kalai.

Tipra Motha legislator Ranjit Debbarma had lately mentioned that although BJP-ruled states like Assam and Gujarat have adopted sturdy steps in opposition to unlawful immigrants, the Tripura authorities was but to take action.

The EC invite additionally comes simply days after Pradyot Kishore demanded a Bihar-style Particular Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Tripura, alleging that scores of Bangladeshis have procured Aadhaar playing cards illegally within the northeastern state in connivance with corrupt authorities officers.
