Simply Cease Oil protesters threw a custard pie within the face of King Charles’ waxwork at Madame Tussauds on Monday, the Mirror reported.
Two individuals have been arrested after the incident contained in the London museum round.
“We responded rapidly to an incident at Madame Tussauds after two individuals threw meals at a statue at roughly 10:50hrs. They’ve each been arrested for felony harm,” the Met Police tweeted.
The local weather activists are demanding the federal government halts all new oil and fuel licences and consents.
In an announcement the protestors mentioned, “We’re right here as a result of we search to guard our freedoms and rights, as a result of we search to guard this inexperienced and nice land which is the inheritance of us all. The science is obvious. The demand is easy: simply cease new oil and fuel. It is a piece of cake.”
