Amid conflict with Israel, Iran opens airspace to evacuate around 1,000 Indian students | India News

Iran has opened its airspace for India, permitting New Delhi to convey again round 1,000 Indian college students below Operation Sindhu as tensions are escalating within the Center East.

Operation Sindhu was launched after experiences of Indian college students sustaining accidents throughout a strike on a medical scholar dormitory in Tehran’s Keshavarz Avenue space. Iranian embassy officers in Delhi confirmed that the Iranian international ministry stays in shut contact with the Indian mission in Tehran following the incident.

Indian nationals in Iran have been suggested to remain linked with the Indian Embassy in Tehran via its emergency helpline and to coordinate with the 24×7 Management Room established by the MEA in New Delhi.
