Kyiv:
US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin on Saturday accused Russia of “deliberate cruelty” in its struggle in Ukraine, saying Moscow was deliberately concentrating on civilians.
“With deliberate cruelty, Russia is placing civilians and civilian targets in its gunsights,” Austin advised the Reagan Nationwide Protection Discussion board in Simi Valley, California.
“Russian assaults have left kids useless, colleges shattered, and hospitals smashed,” he mentioned.
