Morgan Stanley’s Kayello to step down as MENA head

DUBAI, Jan 30 (Reuters) – Morgan Stanley’s regional head for the Center East and North Africa (MENA) Sammy Kayello is stepping down, the financial institution mentioned in an inside memo, although he’ll stay with the enterprise as a senior adviser on the Wall Road financial institution.

Morgan Stanley’s chief govt for Saudi Arabia Abdulaziz Alajaji and the financial institution’s head of funding banking for MENA Patrick Delivanis will succeed Kayello as regional co-heads of MENA, the interior memo distributed on Friday mentioned.

The U.S. financial institution mentioned Alajaji and Delivanis will hold their present roles in addition to taking over their expanded duties.

Bloomberg first reported the regional administration adjustments on the financial institution. Morgan Stanley declined to remark when contacted by Reuters on Monday.

The memo, seen by Reuters, additionally mentioned Gokhan Unal will turn into MENA vice chairman on the U.S. financial institution, along with his present management duties in Morgan Stanley’s funding administration enterprise.
