The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Workplace arrested a Denver man Friday as a suspect in a January sexual assault case and are asking some other potential victims to return ahead.
Hilton Acker, 32, was taken into custody Friday by Arapahoe County deputies with help from the Denver Police Division’s SWAT crew and the Rocky Mountain Secure Streets Process Drive.
Based on an Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Workplace information launch, on Jan. 7, deputies responded to a name from a sufferer who reported a sexual assault.
The sufferer instructed deputies that she was driving on S. Alton Road at about 2:30 a.m. when a person she didn’t know flagged her down, the information launch mentioned.
After he gained entry to the automobile, she mentioned the suspect sexually assaulted her at gunpoint.
