A 31-year-old Aurora man was arrested after an 11-year-old lady instructed police he kidnapped and sexually assaulted her whereas she was on her approach to the bus cease, in keeping with the Aurora Police Division.
Shukurani Mulenda was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a toddler and second-degree kidnapping Friday.
