BBC in Tehran sees government’s ‘political reply’ to protests

Authorities in Iran have placed on a present of power to mark the forty seventh anniversary of the Islamic revolution, weeks after they used unprecedented pressure to place down anti-government protests.

The BBC is visiting Tehran for the primary time because the crackdown, throughout which no less than 6,490 protesters have been killed throughout the nation, based on human rights activists.
