A day after Union Heavy Industries and Metal Minister H D Kumaraswamy dubbed the Khata conversion scheme launched in Bengaluru metropolis limits as an ‘extortion scheme’, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D Ok Shivakumar slammed the Janata Dal (Secular) chief.
