A Brighton man charged with first-degree homicide within the stabbing loss of life of a 34-year-old man killed him over a dispute involving paying for a telephone, in response to an arrest affidavit.
Johnny Jose Moreno, 52, was arrested after police say he fatally stabbed Victor Ibarra at Eastgate Village cellular residence park within the 3000 block of East Bridge Avenue on Could 22.
Officers responded to the house at round 5 p.m. and located Ibarra with two stab wounds to his chest and stomach, police wrote within the arrest report.
