‘Franklin’ Publisher Condemns Hegseth Meme Featuring Beloved Turtle

Hegseth has confronted backlash in latest days after he reportedly gave the directive to “kill everyone” forward of a Sept. 2 U.S. navy strike on an alleged drug smuggling boat. In line with The Washington Publish, two males survived the primary assault. At that time, U.S. Navy Admiral Frank Bradley adopted Hegseth’s command to depart no survivors and ordered a second strike.

We strongly condemn any denigrating, violent, or unauthorized use of Franklin’s title or picture, which immediately contradicts these values.”

On Monday, White Home Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that the second navy strike on Sept. 2 occurred however claimed that Hegseth didn’t order it. As a substitute, she pinned the blame for the killings on Bradley.

In a social media put up on Monday night, Hegseth described the admiral as an “American hero” who has his “100% assist,” including that he stands by Bradley and his fight choices from Sept. 2 onward.

“America is lucky to have such males defending us. When this @DeptofWar says we have now the again of our warriors — we imply it,” Hegseth wrote.
