Maxwell caught an enormous break in August 2025, when, after assembly with Deputy Lawyer Normal Todd Blanche, she was transferred to the minimum-security federal jail camp (FPC) in Bryan, Texas, nicknamed “Membership Fed.”
The ladies-only, minimum-security camp is the lowest-risk and lowest-restriction facility within the federal system.
Maxwell’s brother, Ian, stated in July 2025 that his sibling had expressed fears for her life whereas housed in Florida and frightened she would find yourself lifeless.
“Prisons are very harmful locations, and we all know from Ghislaine that there are critical workers shortages and extra harmful higher-risk-category prisoners now being admitted to … Tallahassee,” he revealed.
