Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton issued an announcement to philanthropists this week, warning that “democracy is below siege,” and calling on them to “paved the way” in saving “our rights.”

Clinton’s name to motion comes amid latest findings exhibiting autocratic governments have outnumbered democracies for the first time in 20 years. She in contrast these governments to the U.S, warning of well being care, training, financial and catastrophe aid packages “being dismantled” lately.
