Brynn Whitfield will now not seem on RHONY Season 16 after asserting her resolution to exit the present after two seasons.
“After loads of thought, I’ve made the choice to stroll away from actuality TV. For now,” she wrote in an announcement on her Instagram Tales in June 2025.
She continued, “The Actual Housewives of New York Metropolis will all the time be one of the enjoyable, chaotic, and magical chapters of my life. It was the honour of a lifetime to assist reboot such an iconic franchise. From day one, I’ve believed RHONY is a fan’s present, we’re simply short-term custodians of one thing that actually belongs to the viewers. I hope I made you snicker (quite a bit), cry (a little bit), and greater than something – I hope there is a TV in heaven in order that Mimi (who LIVED for her reveals) might watch me and be proud. To each one who gave me an opportunity, cheered me on, and afforded me love and style, thanks. I am endlessly grateful.”
Just a few weeks later, Whitfield revealed on the June 18, 2025, episode of her Please See Under podcast that she wished to be fired as an alternative.
“I made a decision on the reunion that I wasn’t going to [return],” Whitfield stated on the time. “I used to be like, ‘That is an excessive amount of.'”
“I knew I simply wasn’t going to do it,” she admitted. “However I hoped that they might both fireplace me, or I hoped that they might cancel the present, or they might be like, ‘Hey, we’re finished casting. We signed everybody. Sorry, Brynn. Thanks a lot.'”
