Jerome Bravo sentenced to 27 years for 10 armed bank robberies

A Denver man was sentenced Tuesday to 27 years in jail for 10 armed robberies over three months.

In response to the plea settlement, between Jan. 6, 2021 and March 31, 2021, 39-year-old Jerome Bravo and codefendant Jonathan Gullette robbed 10 banks in Denver, Aurora and Arvada.

Officers stated Bravo, a Denver resident, and Gullete, a 24-year-old Aurora resident, robbed seven Denver banks, two in Aurora and one in Arvada.

The 2 have been nicknamed the “Brazen Bandits” for his or her dangerous ways in the course of the robberies, together with vaulting counters, waving weapons and taking the teller drawers from the banks, a Thursday information launch acknowledged.
