Jharkhand’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday arrested two senior officers, together with an IAS officer who has served as a principal secretary within the state authorities, in reference to an alleged multi-crore excise rip-off.
The accused have been recognized as IAS officer Vinay Kumar Chaubey, former principal secretary of the Division of Excise and Prohibition and former Managing Director of the Jharkhand State Drinks Company Restricted (JSBCL); and Gajendra Singh, a joint commissioner in the identical division.
