Karnataka Congress normal secretary S Manohar on Wednesday, June 25, filed a police grievance towards the BJP social media account that posted a satirical video portraying former prime minister Indira Gandhi as Adolf Hitler to mark the fiftieth yr of the Emergency.

“Indira Gandhi’s picture has been graphically altered in a hateful method, and the previous Prime Minister has been addressed in a derogatory method, which may trigger unrest in society and create enmity between religions and communities. Due to this fact, it’s requested that acceptable authorized motion be taken towards the stated Twitter/X account,” acknowledged the FIR filed on June 25.
