M Ok Muthu loss of life information: M Ok Muthu, the eldest son of the late Chief Minister M Karunanidhi and brother of Tamil Nadu CM M Ok Stalin died in Chennai on Saturday on the age of 77.
Sharing the information, the Tamil Nadu CM mentioned: “The information of the passing of my beloved elder brother, M Ok Muthu, the eldest baby of the Muthamizh Arignar Kalaignar household, struck me like a thunderbolt this morning. The sorrow of shedding my expensive brother, who confirmed me affection equal to that of a mom and father, torments me.”
“Our father, Muthuvelar, named him M Ok Muthu in his reminiscence, as determined by Chief Kalaignar. Like Kalaignar, Brother Muthu started serving the Dravidian motion via dramas from his youth.”
Praising Muthu’s contributions to Tamil cinema, Stalin mentioned, “Via movies like Pillaiyo Pillai, Pookkari, Samayalkaran, and Anaiya Vilakku, Brother M Ok Muthu completely settled within the hearts of Tamil Nadu’s audiences.”
