‘Modernising before selling’: CM Baghel questions budget allocation to Railways | Latest News India

Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel questioned the budgetary allocation to Railways and requested if the cash will probably be invested in modernising function earlier than promoting it to public firms.
