Austin North was arrested in Las Vegas after allegedly attacking a number of hospital workers to the purpose that he wanted to be restrained, RadarOnline.com has realized.

The Outer Banks star, 27, was booked for gross misdemeanor battery this week after allegedly punching one ER nurse within the head, shoving one other within the face, and pushing a phlebotomist.

However the story will get even stranger.

Regulation enforcement was dispatched to the College Medical Middle of Southern Nevada (UMC) for studies of assault and battery occurring within the ER. The police report obtained by TMZ gave a play-by-play of what allegedly went down, with North’s alleged victims speaking to the responding officers.

The nurses and phlebotomist claimed the actor started attacking them out of nowhere. They informed cops that North began throwing fists and shoving them for no motive, based on the report.

After he allegedly nailed one nurse, shoved one other within the face, and pushed the one who attracts blood, safety officers reportedly restrained him — however he wasn’t performed, the alleged victims informed police.

North was accused of attacking one other individual, however the Netflix star wasn’t the one one that received in a couple of blows.

Through the reported scuffle with the phlebotomist, the hospital employee allegedly smacked North over the top with a tray in self-defense.

North was booked for gross misdemeanor battery — which might maintain an extended jail time or advantageous if convicted because it’s battery on a healthcare supplier, an officer, a cab driver, a faculty worker, and so forth.
