Earlier than the Prime Minister, overseas minister S Jaishankar on Sunday condoled the lack of lives on the Halloween stampede in Seoul. “Our condolences to the households of those that misplaced their expensive ones. We stand in solidarity with the Republic of Korea throughout this tough time,” Jaishankar tweeted on Sunday.
