Pro-Khalistani radicals, Indians with tricolour clash in Canada

Canadian metropolis of Mississauga witnessed a conflict between two teams throughout the Diwali celebration on Monday night. A video of the conflict began doing rounds on social media during which two teams might be seen in a stand-off amid sloganeering. Mississauga-based on-line information outlet Insauga mentioned the battle occurred within the Malton space.

No arrests have been made, reported Canada-based World Information.

The standoff between the 2 teams occurred amid issues over rise in Khalistani separatist parts in Canada. India lately requested Canada to cease the so-called “Khalistan Referendums” by the anti-India parts on November 6 in Ontario. India has made it clear that it’ll proceed to voice these points each in New Delhi, Ottawa and elsewhere.

“We now have taken it up with the Canadian Excessive Fee in Delhi and likewise in Canada with the Canadian authorities. We are going to proceed to take up these points each in New Delhi, Ottawa & elsewhere,” MEA Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said on so-called “Khalistan Referendums” in Canada.
