The resident, who has two kids ages 18 and 21, thinks Huger would’ve killed somebody if the incident occurred hours earlier.
“If it had been every other time of the day or night time, not so near midnight, there would at all times be folks strolling, youngsters taking part in, youngsters crossing the road and it’s a matter of nice concern to the residents that these persons are careless, thoughtless and callous in the best way they behave whereas driving down a residential neighborhood.”
Huger was arrested and slapped with a litany of prices together with “reckless driving (a) car in wanton and willful disregard for security or individuals and property” and “negligent driving car in (a) careless and imprudent method endangering property, life and particular person,” courtroom paperwork confirmed.
