Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], December 3 (ANI): Forward of the counting of votes for the Himachal Pradesh Meeting on December 8, coaching for the counting workers was organised by the polling officers on Saturday.

Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Aditya Negi informed ANI that the police and paramilitary forces have been deployed as a part of a three-tier safety system forward of the counting day.

“We’ve deployed 380 workers. A 3-tier safety system is in place, comprising police and paramilitary forces. We’ve requested the electrical energy division to offer uninterrupted energy provide on the counting day and have additionally organized turbines at counting stations,” he mentioned.

Polling for 68 Meeting seats in Himachal Pradesh was held on November 12, with the state recording an total turnout of 75.6 per cent, surpassing the 2017 report. (ANI)
