In line with courtroom paperwork obtained by RadarOnline.com, Montgomery and her husband Shawn Sanford had been sued by a girl named Aileen Scibetta.

Scibetta stated she is the proprietor of a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom dwelling situated in Pacific Palisades, California.
She stated she leased the property to Montgomery and Sanford in June 2022. The go well with stated the couple agreed to pay $13k per thirty days in hire. Nevertheless, the go well with accused Poppy of failing to pay $54k in hire.

In his response to the preliminary lawsuit, Shawn accused the proprietor of failing to supply a “liveable” dwelling. As well as, he argued, “Defendant’s potential to work and earn earnings had been each materially affected by a nationwide union strike and COVID-19.”
